Emtek Cabinet Hardware For Our Bathroom Remodel
You’ve asked, and now I’m sharing my honest review of Emtek cabinet hardware!
One of my most popular posts to-date is the Pottery Barn Sausalito Vanity Dupe and I truly believe I had the most success in pulling off this look-for-less thanks to the beautiful Emtek cabinet hardware chosen for the project.

Finding The Right Bathroom Vanity Cabinet Knobs
If you’ve been following along, you know that I decided a softer brass knob would really transform the bathroom vanity I chose for our kids bathroom remodel.
The original vanity, to no fault of it’s own, did not have the best display photos online, sporting a darker faucet and cabinet knobs (and some strange styling) that just didn’t create the look I was going for.
When thinking of the original PB Sausalito vanity I envisioned a soft, classic, light, airy, coastal oak, timeless feel (make sense?).
But seeing past the dark hardware and online pictures, I took a shot on this PB Sausalito lookalike, switched things up a bit, and I’m so glad I did!
And now I’m here to tell you that I really LOVE the Emtek knobs chosen for our kids bathroom remodel!
Cabinet Knob Spotlight: Emtek Haydon Knob
The specific Emtek cabinet hardware we chose for our bathroom vanity is the Emtek Haydon Knob in Satin Brass in the 1.25 inch size.
Featuring curved lines and smooth, rounded edges, the Haydon knob fit the bill for something timeless, detailed, and just the right size.
At the time of our remodel, the Emtek Haydon knob was also half the price of a similar Rejuvenation cabinet knob! (I think the Haydon is a great Ansel Cabinet knob dupe if you’re looking for one!). And when you’re swapping out lots of cabinet hardware, the cost really does add up!
The quality is great, and the weight is really nice. These knobs get a lot of little hands on them all day long and they’ve held up beautifully! Remember- this was a bathroom remodel for our SIX kids, so I wanted something beautiful, timeless, and high-quality that could withstand the test of time and kid “wear and tear”.

Pairing The Knobs With Drawer/Cabinet Paint Colors
The Satin Brass is a beautiful soft brass finish that would look fantastic on a natural wood vanity (like the PB Sausalito Dupe project), as well as on painted cabinets/drawers that are black, white, taupe, light blue- the satin brass is so versatile!
